Project Manager Career Summary
The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the success of each project and plays a central role in driving the performance of both the team and the company. This position requires accountability, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to delivering results without compromise. Every day demands focus, leadership, and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
The Project Manager oversees client relationships, team coordination, and the overall performance of Eagles Structures projects. This role blends responsibilities across project management, sales, and pre-construction, requiring strong communication, professionalism, and business awareness.
At its core, the Project Manager leads the financial and administrative side of construction projects. Responsibilities include cost control, estimating, budgeting, invoicing, and cash flow management. The Project Manager must understand the financial health of each project at all times and ensure it remains profitable and on track. They are also responsible for contracts, change orders, negotiations, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
In addition to financial oversight, the Project Manager coordinates planning and scheduling while supporting the field team—including superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors. While not directly responsible for field execution, they ensure that all operations are aligned, organized, and progressing according to plan.
The Project Manager also serves as the primary liaison between Eagles Structures and clients, vendors, and project partners. Maintaining strong relationships, delivering excellent service, and representing the company with professionalism are essential to the role.
Beyond project execution, the Project Manager contributes to business development by participating in drawing reviews, preparing proposals, presenting to clients, and helping secure new opportunities. This role requires the ability to think strategically while executing daily operational tasks.
In reality, this is not just a job description—it is the role of a problem-solver and decision-maker.
The Project Manager is the professional people rely on when challenges arise. They bring solutions, maintain control under pressure, and ensure that no issue compromises the success of the project or the reputation of the company.
Project Manager = Salesman (Construction Focus)
A Construction Project Manager is not just managing projects—they are actively selling the project every day. From the first client interaction to final delivery, the Project Manager builds trust, communicates value, and ensures the client feels confident in every decision.
They sell through professionalism, accurate estimates, clear communication, and consistent results. Every proposal, meeting, schedule update, and problem solved is an opportunity to reinforce the company’s value and secure long-term relationships.
Beyond winning new work, the Project Manager continuously “re-sells” the project during execution—managing expectations, handling changes, and protecting the company’s reputation. Their ability to combine technical knowledge with strong communication and client service directly impacts profitability, repeat business, and growth.
Design Employee Summary
The Project Manager acts as a key design-facing representative of Eagles Structures, shaping how the company presents ideas, solutions, and project concepts to clients and partners. This role is not limited to drawings or technical design work, but instead focuses on translating the company’s vision into clear, professional, and visually understandable presentations.
As the face of the company, the Project Manager communicates design intent through meetings, proposals, presentations, and client interactions. They help clients understand what is being built, why it is being built that way, and how it reflects the quality and identity of Eagles Structures.
They are responsible for ensuring that every design-related interaction reflects professionalism, creativity, and trust. This includes reviewing plans at a high level, presenting design concepts, supporting visual proposals, and aligning client expectations with the company’s construction vision.
In this role, the Project Manager becomes the bridge between ideas and perception—making sure Eagles Structures is always represented as a modern, reliable, and design-driven construction company.

Your professional foundation and attributes are built upon the following five programs:
We have five active programs with different goals and structures designed to strengthen the workforce of Eagles Structures. The purpose of these programs is to improve the quality of work, enhance performance, develop professional skills, and consistently deliver high-quality results to our customers.
1. Educational Program / Construction School
This program offers 14 different professional career paths, combining educational and hands-on labor opportunities to learn and work in the construction industry. It also includes multiple craftsmanship skill certifications designed to develop highly qualified professionals.
This program is directly connected to our Mission #4: Build a Better World Through Smart Work and Innovation.

It supports individuals seeking to renew their faith, learn foundational Christian principles, and grow closer to God.
Option B – Construction Brotherhood (Union Spirit) | The “union brotherhood” represents unity, loyalty, and mutual support among workers in the construction and skilled trades. It reflects a workforce that stands together to protect rights, improve working conditions, and ensure fair opportunities through collective strength. Members support one another on and off the job site through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and teamwork. This culture is built on fairness, safety, respect, and collaboration.
This program is directly connected to our Mission #3: Create a Positive Construction Culture (Brotherhood).
3. Safety First Program
Construction includes high-risk activities such as working at heights, excavations, heavy equipment operation, ladders, tools, and moving materials. Compared to many other careers, construction is considered one of the most dangerous industries in the world.
The Safety First Program is designed to plan, educate, and increase awareness in order to prevent accidents and protect every worker on site. It focuses on training, hazard recognition, proper procedures, and creating a safety-first mindset across all operations.
4. LEED Program / Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
The LEED Program trains all team members to become LEED responsible professionals, helping them understand sustainable construction practices and environmental responsibility. It prepares workers to obtain LEED certification and apply green building principles in real projects.
This program also teaches the different LEED certification levels:
-
LEED Certified: Basic green building standards, including energy efficiency, water use, and indoor air quality.
-
LEED Silver: Stronger sustainability strategies, improved systems, and reduced environmental impact.
-
LEED Gold: High-performance sustainability with advanced design, energy savings, and waste reduction.
-
LEED Platinum: The highest level, representing exceptional environmental responsibility and long-term building performance.
The LEED Program is designed for all team members to improve awareness of health, safety, sustainability, and construction efficiency. It is similar to the Educational Program but focused specifically on environmental impact and long-term global responsibility.
This program is directly connected to our Mission #5: Commit to Long-Term Global Impact.
5. Quality Control Program (QA/QC)
All construction projects contain hundreds of specifications, drawings, requirements, and building codes that must be followed with precision. At Eagles Structures, our Quality Control Program ensures that no detail is overlooked, regardless of project size.
Our focus is on preventing mistakes before they happen by identifying issues early, reviewing plans thoroughly, and maintaining strict compliance with all project requirements, codes, and standards.
Through our QA/QC system, we develop structured quality plans, provide team training, and conduct regular site walks and inspections to ensure all work meets design intent and construction standards. We document and address issues clearly to promote continuous improvement and consistent project quality.
The goal of this program is to maintain excellence in execution, eliminate avoidable errors, and ensure every project is delivered with accuracy, safety, and professionalism.
This program is a direct result of Program #1: Educational Program / Construction School, and it is closely connected to our Mission #2: Build a Strong Construction Company.
