In addition to our local operations, we are fully capable of expanding nationally and are actively working toward opportunities in areas such as New York, Florida, and other growing markets across the United States. Our goal is to continue building and delivering projects with discipline, professionalism, and systems developed according to industry standards and company procedures.

We have 5 active programs with different goals and development plans designed to strengthen the workforce of Eagles Structures. These programs are created with the intention of improving workforce quality, performance, professionalism, and delivering the highest level of service and craftsmanship to our customers.
1. Educational Program / Construction School
Our Educational Program / Construction School provides 14 different professional career path opportunities focused on both education and hands-on labor experience within the construction industry. This program is designed to develop knowledgeable, skilled, disciplined, and professional individuals capable of performing at a high level in both field and office environments.
The program includes presentations, PDF training materials, written documents, case scenarios, quizzes, exams, field exercises, and practical evaluations. All training and educational subjects are formally tested and documented on paper to help ensure validity, accuracy, professionalism, and measurable performance results.
In addition, we offer dozens of craftsmanship skill certifications designed to help individuals grow within the construction industry while improving technical knowledge, leadership, communication, teamwork, and overall jobsite performance. The program covers a wide variety of construction subjects, including safety education, equipment awareness, field operations, project management, estimating, quality control, leadership development, and career growth opportunities.
Our goal is not only to teach construction skills, but also to help build long-term careers, stronger work ethics, and better industry professionals prepared to contribute positively to the future of construction. This program is attached to our Mission #4: Build a Better World Through Smart Work and Innovation.
2. Brotherhood Program
Option A) Explore the deep truths of Christianity, grounded in Scripture and the teachings of Jesus Christ. This program focuses on being brothers and sisters in Christ, honoring God above all things, and loving and respecting one another as neighbors, friends, coworkers, and human beings. Through prayer, study, reflection, and spiritual guidance, participants gain a deeper understanding of God’s commandments, strengthen their faith, cultivate holiness in daily life, and continue growing in their spiritual journey. This program encourages personal growth, brotherhood, unity, and transformation while promoting compassion, integrity, discipline, humility, respect, and righteousness. It is designed to help individuals build stronger relationships with God and with one another by creating a positive culture of support, understanding, and faith-based leadership. Whether you are renewing your faith, learning the foundations of Christianity, or seeking to grow closer to God, this program provides guidance and support toward spiritual growth, brotherhood, unity, and stronger human connection.
Option B) The “Union Brotherhood” represents unity, loyalty, and mutual support among members of the construction and skilled trades workforce. It reflects workers standing together to protect their rights, improve working conditions, and ensure fair opportunities through teamwork and collective strength. Within this brotherhood, members support one another on and off the jobsite by sharing knowledge, mentorship, training, and experience between seasoned professionals and newer workers. This program promotes fairness, safety, respect, cooperation, and positive culture throughout the workplace. This program is attached to our Mission #3: Create a Positive Construction Culture (Brotherhood).
3. Safety First Program
Heights, excavations, heavy equipment, barricades, power tools, ladders, labor-intensive work, and material handling make construction one of the most dangerous industries in the world. The Safety First Program is designed to educate, prepare, and train our workforce to identify hazards, prevent accidents, and maintain safe working environments on every project.
Through structured safety planning, hands-on training, hazard awareness, safety signage education, operational protocols, risk identification, jobsite inspections, toolbox talks, emergency procedures, and ongoing field support, this program covers a wide range of essential safety topics required in modern construction environments. It emphasizes real-world application, continuous learning, and strict adherence to safety standards on every jobsite.
This program promotes responsibility, discipline, awareness, and accountability while ensuring the protection and well-being of all workers, subcontractors, clients, and visitors. Its primary goal is to reduce risks, prevent incidents before they occur, and maintain a culture where safety is always the highest priority in every phase of construction.
4. LEED Program / Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
Similar to our Educational Program, the LEED Program trains team members on sustainability, environmental responsibility, and green building practices. At Eagles Structures, we educate our workforce on how to properly care for construction projects and the environment while understanding the importance of sustainable development.
This program focuses on reducing environmental impact and improving construction practices related to pollution control, ozone layer protection, waste management, recycling, resource efficiency, energy consumption, and the overall environmental footprint of construction activities. Our LEED Program promotes awareness, responsibility, and continuous improvement in how we build, ensuring that every project contributes to a healthier environment and a more sustainable future for the construction industry.
Through this program, team members learn how to implement sustainable practices on job sites, reduce unnecessary waste, improve material usage, and support environmentally responsible construction methods. It also helps guide projects toward achieving higher LEED performance levels while maintaining quality, efficiency, and compliance with sustainability standards.

5. Quality Control Program
All construction projects contain hundreds of specifications, drawing pages, requirements, and building codes that must be followed with precision. At Eagles Structures, our Quality Control Program is designed to ensure that no detail is overlooked, regardless of project size or complexity.
Our main focus is on preventing mistakes before they happen by identifying issues early, reviewing plans thoroughly, and maintaining strict compliance with all project requirements, codes, specifications, and industry standards.
Through our QA/QC Program, we develop structured quality control plans, provide team training, and conduct regular site walks, inspections, and progress reviews to verify that all work meets design intent, safety standards, and construction quality expectations. We also document issues clearly, track corrections, and implement continuous improvement processes to ensure consistent performance across all projects.
This program emphasizes accountability, precision, discipline, and attention to detail at every stage of construction. The goal is to maintain excellence in execution, eliminate avoidable errors, and ensure every project is delivered with accuracy, safety, and professionalism.
This program is a direct result of Program #1: Educational Program / Construction School, and it is closely connected to our Mission #2: Build a Strong Construction Company.

Eagles Structures was originally planned in 2017 as a long-term vision built around construction experience, education, and industry development. After years of preparation, training, and professional growth—recognizing that both education and field experience require significant time and investment—the company was officially established and registered in 2025.
Since its foundation, we have been committed to building with purpose, working diligently to grow the company while maintaining a strong standard of excellence in every task we take on. Our approach is focused on continuous improvement, discipline, and accountability in all areas of construction and business operations.
